EMWD Poster Contest Voting Now Open

This year, EMWD is again asking for you to join us in selecting the top five posters from a group of 18 finalists. The deadline for voting is April 20, 2018 and the winners will be announced at EMWD’s annual student recognition event on April 26, 2018.

At least one poster from EMWD’s service area will be featured in the 2019 Water Is Life calendar produced by (MWD). Those winners will be announced this fall.

Finalists include artwork from students in transitional kindergarten through fifth grade. School districts represented include Menifee Union, Nuview Union, San Jacinto Unified, Hemet Unified, Murrieta Valley Unified, Perris Elementary, Temecula Valley Unified, Moreno Valley Unified, Romoland, Val Verde Unified, and several private schools.

EMWD’s education program reaches approximately 60,000 students annually with water conservation and related stewardship messages through a variety of classroom and field trip programs.
