Residential Water Consultation
Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) offers a FREE Home Water Consultation for all EMWD residential customers upon request. This comprehensive indoor and outdoor water survey helps identify potential leaks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for water savings. It also includes a recommended irrigation schedule and information on available rebates.
Key Details:
- Residential customers are eligible for one (1) free consultation every twelve (12) months.
- This service is especially helpful for customers exceeding their water budget and seeking to understand why.
- The home must not be under construction at the time of the appointment.
- Please note that no repairs are performed as part of the consultation, and the service does not include locating concealed or underground leaks.
What we'll inspect
During your consultation, our technician will inspect toilets, showerheads, faucets, irrigation systems, and pool/spas areas for potential leaks.
