Billing and Account Management

To hear your account balance and due date over the phone, please use EMWD’s Pay-by-Phone system by calling 951-383-6055.

EMWD’s Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Manage your EMWD account online with My Account portal. View and pay your bill, register, log in, or make a one-time payment. Save time and money with EMWD today!

Other Bill Payment Options

Payment Assistance Programs

EMWD is here to help and offers several options that customers can use to request assistance in paying their bill. To see which option is best for you, you may call the EMWD Customer Service department. Water Budget Variances

EMWD offers water budget variances for residents with special circumstances. Forms available for residential, multi-family, commercial, medical, and landscape accounts.

Start/Stop Service

"Start, stop, or transfer your water and sewer service with EMWD. Fill out an online application or call Customer Service for assistance. Submit a move out application online." Complete the Water Service Turn-On Release Agreement.
