New construction is not eligible. Effective August 1, 2023, the increased incentive for the CII & Multi-Family Drip Rebate is $1.00 per square foot with a maximum rebate of $50,000 (up to 50,000 sf). Only applications received beginning August 1st, 2023, qualify for the increased amount. No retroactive payments are permitted.
