EMWD’s Development Services department assists developers, contractors and property owners with new service connections from existing or to-be-constructed (public) EMWD facilities.
Development Services Customer Portal
On August 4, 2026, EMWD launched a new Development Services Customer Portal. All new development related projects and services will be accessed through this portal. If you need help with an existing project that was submitted prior to August 4, 2026, contact the EMWD representative assigned to your project.
