Who We Are

Strategic Plan

EMWD first developed a strategic plan in 1994, based on input from the Board of Directors and a select group of employees. Though the document was updated sporadically, it was not until 2003 that it was systematically developed, deployed and utilized by many within the organization.

Over the years, EMWD has been presented with fresh challenges and emerging priorities that are addressed in the organizations’ triennial update of its strategic plan.
