Los Alamos Hills Water Facilities Project
Project Description: This project is located in Murrieta near Los Alamos and Mary Place. The project scope has been updated as of 01/18/2023 to include 36 residences that rely solely on privately owned wells for their water supply. The City of Murrieta secured $3 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and is working in partnership with EMWD to support the construction of water infrastructure for annexed residents in the Los Alamos Hills community. The project includes installation of approximately 6,720 linear feet of 8-inch diameter pipeline, 4,040 linear feet of 12-inch diameter pipeline, and related auxiliary work.

Northern Key Infrastructure Workshop
March 26, 2024 - 6 p.m.
On March 26, 2024, EMWD in partnership with the City of Murrieta, will hold a workshop to discuss infrastructure needs and provide updates for the northern key area. The workshop will take place at the Alderwood Clubhouse located at 28610 Baxter Road, Murrieta.
