Dale Pressure Zone Improvement Project

In mid-April, EMWD’s contractor will begin work on the Dale Pressure Zone Water System Improvements Project, which will enhance reliability in northern Moreno Valley and increase system capacity to assist in fire protection. The project includes the construction of a new water pipeline on Kalmia Avenue, between Mar El Street and Dalehurst Road.

Work will take place on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. and 

is anticipated to be completed in late 2026. During construction, traffic on Kalmia Avenue will be restricted to one direction at a time during working hours. EMWD asks that you please adhere to all traffic control measures to ensure the safety of our crews and the community.
