Starting Service

Before filling out the forms to begin water service, check EMWD's water service area and sewer service area maps to make sure that you live within the area served by EMWD.

You'll be working with the EMWD Customer Service Department to start water and/or sewer service to the property that has an existing connection.

Applying for a New Water Service Connection - New Construction Only

You'll be working with the EMWD New Business Department to start the process of obtaining a water and/or sewer connection to your property. To apply for a new water service connection installation, please download, print, and complete the following form:

Ending Service

Accounts are not closed automatically unless the new customer calls in for service. To close an account, we require 5 working days notice to cancel your service. Please contact our Customer Service Department so that we may close your account per your wishes and update your mailing address. It is YOUR responsibility to contact our office to discontinue service and submit the following form:
