The Scott Road Gap Project will see the construction of a transmission water line running along Scott Road between Menifee Road and Breighton Wood Street. The project is designed to increase water reliability and EMWD's system capacity for the area. 

Community Updates

Update February 2025

Crews are set to begin pre-construction activities in February of 2025. During this initial work, residents can expect to see traffic impacts. Please be advised of the anticipated delays and plan for extra travel time when driving along Scott Road.
