Project Location: Schedule A: Along Esplanade Avenue east of Warren Road, south along Sanderson Avenue and east along Commonwealth Avenue to near Kirby in the cities of San Jacinto and Hemet; Schedule B: Along Warren Road north of Esplanade Avenue, Esplanade Avenue east of Warren Road, south along Sanderson Avenue, east along Commonwealth Avenue to Mountain Avenue, and within EMWD easements in the Cities of San Jacinto and Hemet.
