NOTE: Failure to submit five (5) copies and two (2) Flash Drives (electronic copy in smart PDF) and/or incomplete packages are grounds for immediate disqualification.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:   
Contractors must demonstrate the satisfactory completion, as a Class A – General Engineering Contractor or a Class C-10 Electrical, of at least Five (5) similar Sewage Lift or Water Booster Pump Stations, or comparable facility, involving rehabilitations or new construction, within the last Five (5) years, as follows:                                                                            

A. Contract Type: Public Works

B. Construction Type: Electrical general or specialty; Booster Pump Station type or equivalent wet infrastructure work(s) involving electric motor installation, new and/or upgraded electrical service, gear, motor control centers, generators, variable frequency drives, instrumentation and integration of components into an operational facility.

C. Other: Experience must include work of at least two (2) projects performed on new electrical construction, and three (3) performed on existing/currently operational facilities that involve temporary power, temporary electrical gear, shutdowns and tie-ins.

D. Other: Experience must include work at two (2) sewage lift stations with a minimum flow of 1,000 gallons per minute.  The work performed in within areas classified as Class 1 Division 1 and/or Class 1 Division 2.

In addition, prospective Contractors must have current registrations in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Bradstreet Data Universal Number System (DUNS).

Contractors failing to meet these minimum requirements will be rejected and will not be prequalified.  In addition, each Contractor will be evaluated utilizing the factors listed on the prequalification rating chart made a part of this package.

The Contractor shall provide a reference for each of its similar projects.  The District will be contacting each reference to determine the Contractors ability to perform the work in a satisfactory manner.
