Quail Valley Sewer Project (Subarea 4) Events

To move the project forward, EMWD needs signed Commitment Letters from at least 80% of property owners in Subarea 4 to strengthen the grant funding application when it is submitted as early as Fall 2026.

To make it easier to participate, EMWD will be hosting a signing and informational meeting, where you can submit your letter and ask questions:

• When: April 21, 2026
• Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
• Where: Quail Valley Elementary School Cafeteria
  23757 Canyon Heights Dr, Menifee, CA

Please note: there is no update on the project since the February 24, 2026, community meeting. The purpose of the event is to sign Commitment Letters and answer questions from the community about the project.
