Perris, CA (December 4, 2020) — Jeff Armstrong, who has decades of experience in water management, was sworn in today as Eastern Municipal Water District’s (EMWD) newest board member.

Armstrong was elected in November 2020 by the residents of Division 4 – the Perris and Menifee areas – to a four-year term that will run through 2024.

“I am excited to join EMWD’s Board of Directors to work on behalf of our customers to deliver safe and reliable water, wastewater and recycled water services to the nearly 1 million residents who depend on EMWD each day,” Armstrong said.

Armstrong is a Menifee resident who holds a degree in accounting from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. He and his wife, Anna, have six children.
