NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Hearing has been called, pursuant to the Water Code of the State of California, on proposed Water Infrastructure Availability Assessments and/or Sewage and Waste Service Infrastructure Availability Charges for fiscal year 2023-2024 on real property within the Eastern Municipal Water District and the following Improvement Districts of the Eastern Municipal Water District as set forth by the following Schedule of Assessments and Charges:

Real property within said Eastern Municipal Water District and Improvement Districts owned by you or in which you have an interest as shown on the last equalized assessment roll of the County of Riverside or known to the Secretary of the District, will be subject to the proposed Water Infrastructure Availability Assessments and/or Sewage and Waste Service Infrastructure Availability Charges.

A Hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the District’s Main Office, 2270 Trumble Road, Perris, California, on such proposed Water Infrastructure Availability Assessments and/or Sewage and Waste Service Infrastructure Availability Charges.
