Perris, CA (September 23, 2021) — The Inland Southern California United Way and the County of Riverside will host United Lift, a rent and utility assistance event, at Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) on September 30, 2021.

The event will run from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and will be held at EMWD’s main office, located at 2270 Trumble Road, Perris, CA.

The United Lift program will provide up to 12 months of back rent and utilities, and three months of future rent assistance. The program is available to Riverside County residents.

Applicants must bring a form of identification, a copy of the lease agreement, a documented COVID-19 related financial impact, proof of 2020 household income, and utility bill(s) with past due amount(s), if applying for utilities assistance.
