NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) will consider a proposed resolution for the collection of past due customer payments in accordance with Division 20 of the California Water Code, in particular Part 9, Chapter 1, Sections 72094 and 72100 that provide for delinquent and unpaid charges for water and other services to be added and become part of the annual taxes levied upon the property for which the charges and use occurred. Such charges are to be placed on the Secured Property Tax Roll in compliance with said Code and shall be levied upon such properties without regard to property valuation.

A public hearing of the EMWD Board of Directors to consider the proposed resolution for the collection of past due customer payments on the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Secured Property Tax Roll will be held at 9:00am on July 19, 2023 at the EMWD headquarters:
