MEDIA ADVISORY: EMWD to Host Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Desalination Facility

What: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) will host a groundbreaking event for its new Perris II Reverse Osmosis Treatment Facility on March 28, 2019, starting at 10 a.m. This will be EMWD’s third groundwater desalination facility and is funded by nearly $50 million in state and federal grant funding.
