EMWD offers a FREE Home Water Consultation to all customers who request one. This a comprehensive indoor and outdoor water survey to help customers identify leaks, inefficiencies and provide a recommended irrigation schedule and rebate information.

Residential customers can request one (1) free survey within a twelve (12) month period. This program is useful for customers going over budget and needing to identify why.
