Perris, CA (October 18, 2021) — Today, Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is providing its customers with new tools to help manage their water use and their account with upgrades to its MyAccount customer portal.

The new features include a variety of resources for self-service options along with tools to help customers better understand their water usage.

With the new upgrades, customers can sign up for level payment plans, transfer service from one property to another, and calculate their water budget for the month. Customers may also sign up for text or email alerts about billing, continuous usage warnings, water budget thresholds, and more.

New analytics will help customers compare their current and historical water usage and better understand their consumption habits relative to their water budgets.

“With these new resources, customers will have a more in-depth understanding of how they use water, which we hope will help them find new ways to reduce their usage and save money in the process,” EMWD Board President Phil Paule said. “Our goal with these upgrades is to further enhance the customer experience by providing more self-service options and access to data.”

Be sure to visit www.myaccount.emwd.org to see the upgrades and experience them for yourself.
