EMWD customers can now enroll and donate monthly in a voluntary contribution program directly from water bills.

In partnership with the United Way, EMWD aids low-income customers through its Help2Others Customer Assistance Program. 

The Help2Others program helps eligible residential customers avoid water service shut-offs due to non-payment. 

This program provides up to $200 annually per qualifying customer. 

Program Eligibility Requirements: 

• Must be an EMWD customer
• The water bill must be for the applicant’s primary residence and in the applicants name
• Applicant must meet income level guidelines (inlandsocaluw.org/help2others)

Donation Options: 

• Roundup contribution to the next whole dollar
• Recurring flat monthly donation amount
• One-time donation
