EMWD’s lobbies are open for limited services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Please follow these steps when doing business with EMWD.

• The EMWD Warehouse shall be the transfer point for all items to be picked up and delivered.  Under NO circumstances shall items be left with the EMWD security guard(s).

• Items shall be ONLY picked up and delivered by EMWD consultants (with Badges) OR recognized delivery companies (i.e. those companies in the courier or delivery business; having marked cars, trained staff, etc.).

  • Examples: UPS, FedEx, DHL, Golden State, etc.
• NO Exceptions will be considered.

If you are seeking to submit a Fire Flow/Will Serve/Static Pressure request with a check/cashier’s check, you may mail your application and payment to the attention of the Development Services Department at PO Box 8300, Perris, CA 92570.  You also have the option of delivering it to EMWD’s main office at 2270 Trumble Rd., Perris CA 92570 and placing it in the drop box located outside of the main gate.
