EMWD Board Member Phil Paule Sworn In to Metropolitan Board of Directors

Perris, CA (January 6, 2026) – Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Board Member Phil Paule was sworn in today as the agency’s representative to The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) Board of Directors.

Paule was unanimously appointed to the role by the EMWD Board on December 17.
