MEDIA ADVISORY: EMWD to Host ‘First Flush’ Event for New Quail Valley Sewer System

What:  Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) will host a ribbon cutting and “First Flush” event for the new Quail Valley Sewer System on July 31, 2019, beginning at 9 a.m. This will mark the completion of the Phase 1 of sewer service to the Quail Valley area of Menifee. The grant-funded sewer system made sewer service available to more than 230 properties and will protect water quality in the region through the abandonment of failing septic systems.

EMWD Releases 2018 Water Quality Report

Perris, CA (June 20, 2019) — Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) has released its 2018 Consumer Confidence Report, which provides customers information about water quality and sources of their drinking water supplies.

EMWD has again surpassed every federal and state drinking water standard, as set forth by the State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Drinking Water and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
