Starting Service

Water service is as easy as filling out a form and mailing or faxing it to:

Before filling out the forms to begin water service, check the district info page to make sure that you live within the area served by the EMWD.

• Starting or Ending Service
  You'll be working with the EMWD Service Department to start water/sewer service to the property that has an existing connection. You can request to start service by downloading and printing the Service Request Form. If you are starting service, you'll also need to print and sign the Starting Service Release form. • Applying for a New Water Service Order Connection
  You'll be working with the EMWD New Service Department to start the process of obtaining a water/sewer connection to your property. To apply for a new water service order installation, please download, print, and complete the New Service Order Connection Detail form. Then send or fax the form to EMWD.
