Applying for Recycled Water

Every gallon of water that can be reused means that one more gallon can remain underground; or one more gallon doesn't need to be imported from Northern California or from the Colorado River. For EMWD, recycled water is a precious water source that is managed very carefully.

The Application Process

If your use of recycled water is for new construction, you may contact EMWD Recycled Water Services as a part of the new development process.

If you are requesting recycled water for an existing property, please contact the department by:

• Sending an e-mail to: recycledwater@emwd.org
• Call during business hours.
