Plans

Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) 2009 (posted 03/09)
Sewer System Management Plan identifies the administrative and maintenance positions responsible for implementing measures in the Wastewater Collection System Management Plan program. The plan also identifies the chain of communication for reporting overflows, from receipt of a complaint or other information, including the person responsible for reporting sanitary sewer overflows to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Riverside County Health Departments and the State Office of Emergency Services (OES). Final Urban Water Management Plan
EMWD has prepared the Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). The plan is an update to the 2000 UWMP and has been prepared in response to Water Code Sections 10610 through 10656 of the Urban Water Management Planning Act. Included in the plan is detailed information about EMWD’s water demand, supply and reliability for the next 25 years.

Draft Quail Valley Sewer Improvements Alternatives Study
In 2005, EMWD hired PBS&J to prepare a study to indentify and evaluate the collection system within Quail Valley. The objective of the study is to find a feasible solution to the problem of septic system pollution in that area.
