  EMWD Water Shortage Contingency Plan - uploaded 03/11/2009
  In accordance with Water Code 10632 requirements, EMWD is responsible for conserving the available water supply, and implementing a contingency plan in times of drought, supply reductions, failure of water distribution systems or emergencies. This ordinance outlines the EMWD water shortage contingency plan.

  A Revision to the Original Ordinance Requirements Established under the Water Conservation Plan
  Both the ordinance and the procedural guide have been updated as of February 2009. These versions replace Ordinances 72.23, 72.22, 72.21 and 72.20 and their procedural guides.

• Ordinance 68.2:
  Amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Provision of Recycled Water System Facilities and Service
  The purpose of this Ordinance is to promote the conservation and reuse of water resources and to ensure maximum public benefit from the use of District's recycled water supply by regulating its use in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
