San Jacinto Valley Interceptor Sewer Phase 1

BRH Garver West Inc. has been contracted by Eastern Municipal Water District to install approximately 20,000 linear feet of new 36” to 21” sewer pipeline. This new sewer pipeline will help to ensure that San Jacinto businesses and residents will be able to count on the necessary wastewater infrastructure for the region’s future growth, job base, environment and improved quality of life.

This is to inform you that beginning Monday, Oct. 1 until Sunday, Oct. 14, BRH Garver West Inc. will be working on 7th Street, under the railroad tracks between State Street and West Main Street. The working hours for this phase of the project will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm., Mondays through Saturdays.

During this two-week period, 7th Street will be closed. All vehicles will have to detour around the work area. Suggested traffic routes are either West Main Street or Santa Fe Avenue on the east, Esplanade Avenue on the south, State Street on the west or De Anza Drive on the north. See map illustrating suggested traffic detour routes.

Impacts will include noise, heavy equipment and traffic modifications. No street parking will be permitted in the construction area. Please stay alert, and follow all signs when driving through the construction zone. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

If you have any questions regarding this notice or the project in general, please call:
