Special Notice Regarding Financial Participation Charges (connection fees)

In recognition of the severe housing market downturn and current economic situation, the EMWD Board of Directors is delaying the implementation of new Financial Participation Charges with its Deferred Implementation Program.

Effective December 2008, Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) extended the Deferred Implementation Program for new Financial Participation Charges until March 31, 2009.
