Approve and Authorize the Setting of Time and Place for a Public Hearing to Consider the option of Ordinance No. 59.6, “Regulations for Waste Discharge and Sewer Use,” Resolution No. 3003.3 Establishing Local Limits Applicable to Permitted Users, Cesspool, Septic Tank & Holding Tank, and Permitted Hauled Liquid Wastes in Accordance with Ordinance 59.6 as Amended, “Regulations for Waste Discharge and Sewer Use,” and Resolution No. 5093, “Enforcement Response Plan Pertaining to Ordinance No. 59” (Joy)

If such writings are distributed to members of the Committee less than 72 hours prior to the meeting, they will be available from the District’s Board Secretary of the District Office at the same time as they are distributed to the Committee members, except that if such writings are distributed one hour prior to, or during the meeting, they can be made available from the District’s Board Secretary in the Executive Office.
