Annual Consumer Confidence Report
Please take a moment to read our Consumer Confidence Report for 2012 to see how our water complies with State and Federal regulations. This annual report is published by July 1st each year.
Until recently, the only approved distribution method was to send paper copies of the annual report through the mail. However, the guidelines for distribution were recently amended to allow water agencies to go electronic.
As a result of these changes, beginning around mid-June 2014, all water
customers will receive a postcard notifying them that the electronic version of the CCR is ready to view at a specific website address. Paper copies of the CCRs will be made available upon request (please click here to submit a request to continue receiving paper copies).

- Emerging Constituents Report
For several years, water and wastewater agencies in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties have been using our expertise in water sampling and analysis to help state and federal agencies expedite and focus their research efforts on traces of various unregulated chemicals detected in local water supplies. These chemicals are collectively referred to as “emerging constituents” or “ECs” and include pharmaceuticals, ingredients in personal care products and industrial compounds. The proactive and voluntary EC sampling and monitoring efforts of local agencies have been coordinated on a regional basis through the Santa Ana Water Project Authority’s (SAWPA) Emerging Constituents Program Task Force.
