Here are directions and explanations for using the Online Billing Center.

Logging In

The first thing you must do to access your account is login.

To login, you'll need your EMWD account number (located on your billing statement) and your phone number (including the area code).

  • Account Number:
    Your EMWD account number is located on the top right corner of your printed billing statement.
    Example account: 2-2

  • 10 Digit Phone Number:
    The phone number is the password for your account, so it will not be displayed on the screen when you enter it. This number can be either your home or work phone number (including the area code). Try your home telephone number first. If you are unable to login, try your work number. Remember, do not enter spaces or dashes in the number.
    Example phone number: 9515551234

 

Using the Online Billing System

Once you have successfully logged in, you'll see the main screen with your current account information. At this point, you can:
